History:
LaVern Liske built his first home over 40 years ago for his young, growing family. For 20 years, while working full time in the telecommunications industry, he continued to build homes on a part time basis. In 2002, he decided to custom build on a full-time basis.
Using his core of reliable sub-trades, many years of experience, and word of mouth advertising, he continued to build, taking only 10-12 projects at a time. In 2007 his son, Brad Liske, joined his dad in building quality homes for families in Edmonton and the surrounding areas and then in 2018, he took over the company. To this day, there is nothing more important than making sure that every home is built with the highest standards, using the best people. By the time your home is complete, every client is able to say without question, that the simple promise was fulfilled... they love their home.

We take on very few projects every year. This is by choice, because we believe that quality far out weights quantity. Because we only build a few homes a year: we are able to be there every day, meet with you as the client on a one-on-one basis and get to know exactly how you would like your new home to look and feel.

We are not a custom builder in the common sense of the word. We have no templates or stock blueprints or a standard set of specs. We create unique, one-of-a-kind living spaces based on the unique tastes and lifestyles of our clients. Every home is a one-of-a-kind work of art.

What does this mean? Simply put, we are a small family business that prides itself on creating great homes for other families. Lavern (father) and Brad (son) work together to build and Rosie (Lavern's wife) does all the books and Lee Ann (Brad's wife) has been known to do some interior decorating. As a family we work together to make sure that our clients love their home.
